I should be sleeping, but I'm not.
In fact I wont sleep until A) it's at least 8:00 pm or B) I pass out :3

Because it's the only good way for me to restart my sleep system.
I don't sleep well. And I wake up ever worse. If that makes any sense, I'm sure it doesn't.

Allergies.

For whatever, reason they only affect me at the end of summer.

Anyway, apparently my sinuses have been draining non-stop (thanks allergies! You suck). And a lot of the snot has been going into my lungs, thus pressure and general unhappiness.

So, I've been in the proses of coughing out globs of mucus (oh GOD! It's SO nasty!!!) and am taking some over the counter medicine to control the rest of it.

There's a burning, crushing feeling in my chest.
It's unpleasant, and very painful.
I'm only reassured by the fact that this has happened to me before, although it's been years...

I've taken some pain killers (which have done next to nothing), and I have been trying to rest as much as possible and moving as little as possible. After a few steps, it starts to feel like the wind is being knocked out of me.

I'm also wearing a loose shirt and jeans to make breathing as easier. It seems to be helping, but every how and then it feels like someone gives my lungs a quick little squeeze.

Argh... this sucks...

If anyone has any more suggestions, please let me know.

Good show.
I'm definitely going to by the season box set when it comes out.

There's a second season in the making right now too. It should be good, but it seems that Hei may not be in the show as much...(which makes sense if you've seen the ending, but he kind of made the show for me...). I'll still watch it. If it's written by the same group, I'm likely to enjoy it.

I'm being booted from my rented room. My landlord's parents are moving in, so I got to go...

The only power outage I remember was when I was still in elementary school.

We were using a lantern I had made and were sitting in the living room. My mom had made hot chocolate and my dad was helping me with my homework.

It was a nice moment.

Money is my biggest problem right now. I've been jobless for 4 months-ish and my savings have dwindled away to almost nothing. I had to go as far as asking my mother to help me with rent for this month.

While getting a job right now is hard, I haven't stopped trying and i will continue to try until I finally land one! (Although every place I've applied to has never once contacted me back...)

I have had a lot of time to work on my art though, and I am happy to announce that I have been improving greatly! I've been practicing drawing comics, and am about to attempt to make my very own comic series. Who knows? Maybe it'll take off. (Oh, how I hope it does... That would be cool :D)

...And thus my train of thought has exploded. What was the question again?

So... I'm making a two page Prototype comic.
Normal for me, right? The girl wants to make comics, might as well start with fan comics, right? It should be clever, right?

To be honest, my landlord's kitten keeps me up. She's cute and everything, but I'm sick of her waking me up at 3 in the morning just cause there's a bug or something she's trying to catch.
She even jumped on my head once. That... wasn't very pleasant...

In other news, I seem to be making a new friend.
She's very nice, and we share a common love for Shin Megami Tensei games.

Today I paid my Dad a visit. Not at his house, but at his favorite store.

My Dad loves games. Not just video games, but board and card games too (I call these kind of games "Classics"). Every Friday, my Dad goes to a particular classics game store to play Magic. And this particular Friday, I really wanted to see him.

We didn't do much. We talked when he wasn't playing. I drew while he played. He watched me draw when it wasn't his turn. We shared some Dragon Eggs (meatballs wrapped in pizza dough). We had a nice time.

I'm thinking of calling him tomorrow to see if he wants to play a card game with me either tomorrow or Sunday. My Mom's camping, so having some company might sound good.

Anyway...
I really love my Dad.
